At RateGain, I’m driving global strategy as Associate Director of Brand Marketing—leading multidisciplinary teams to turn complex ideas into campaigns people remember.

Claim to fame: Orchestrating the State of Distribution, HotelTech’s first worldwide benchmark initiative, bagging the ET Shark Award for Best B2B Marketing Campaign, and creating a reference point for the entire sector. Year-round, I spearhead omni-channel campaigns—like our World Tourism Day movement, which didn’t just plant 500+ trees but positioned RateGain as an engaged, purpose-driven voice in the industry and earned us internal top honors.

When I’m not plotting the next big move, I mentor aspiring marketers at Kraftshala, evaluate India’s sharpest B-school talent for the HUL L.I.M.E. Case Study comp, and nerd out about customer journeys and category design. I began as a Kraftshala student—top 10%—where I found the sweet spot between creative hustle and strategic chops.
